Aluminum Electrodeposition on the Surface of Boron Carbide Ceramics by Use EMIC–AlCl3 Ions Liquid

چکیده

Coating technology is decisively important for metallization of ceramic materials and metal sealing technology. Previous studies have shown that the network-like structure after penetration molten aluminum can significantly improve strength joint components. However, direct coating method limited by shape substrate. To obtain a dense film on surface B4C, in this study, was deposited pulse electroplating EMIC–AlCl3 ionic liquid. The metals were observed analyzed SEM–EDS XRD. A Vickers hardness tester adopted as an auxiliary equipment to clarify quality. results show frequency duty cycle significant effects crystal orientation. content oxides contact gap reduces bonding metal, which provides experimental basis electrodeposition B4C.
